Cute looking but usable? I set it up and tried connecting to the internet wirelessly. It wouldn't do it. I called my DSL provider and spent more than two hours on the phone doing every conceivable test. I learned that the unit could connect via a cable but could not do so on its own. I then wasted another 1 1/2 hours with Samsung's customer service. Their only solution, finally, was to send the unit in for repair.

I wasted a great deal of very precious time. I don't want to waste more time So I've decided to return the unit to [...] for a refund.

Given the price, it should have worked out of the box. That it didn't says a lot about Samsung's quality control. Even though Consumer Reports recommends Samsung's products, beware: you may end up with a defective unit.
